547.live ("547", "we", "us") is an online gaming platform providing slots, Live Casino, and Sports Betting services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 547 and its users.

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 547 support immediately.
• You are solely responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
• If any account details change (address, phone number, etc.), please update them immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be temporarily or permanently deactivated.

All financial transactions on 547 are processed securely and transparently. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals.

Deposit Rules

• Only deposit from a mobile banking or bank account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and any such transactions will be reversed.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the platform and are subject to change.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account from which the deposit was made.

• Any attempt to claim bonuses across multiple accounts will result in all accounts being suspended.

All games on 547 are conducted fairly. In the event of any gaming dispute or irregularity, 547's decision shall be considered final.

• All Games Certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. All results are completely random and unbiased.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue, the wager for that round will be refunded.
• Any dispute regarding a game result must be reported to 547 support within 72 hours.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. In the event of screen or network issues, game records are stored on the server.
• Using any program or software to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.

• At 547 Deposit Limit can be set — daily, weekly, and monthly.
• If needed, your own account Temporarily Suspended can maintain (cooling-off period).
• Self-Exclusion You can take a complete break from gaming for a set period through the self-exclusion option.

• Use of 547 by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited, and 547 is committed to protecting minors.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 547. Violating these rules may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using multiple identities to exploit bonus terms.
• Hacking or modifying game software, or using third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity on the platform.
• Engaging in illegal money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Filing chargebacks or fraudulent payment claims against 547.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

• Information provided at registration is used solely for service delivery and verification purposes.
• Your information is never sold or shared with any third party.
• Information may be disclosed to government authorities when required by legal obligation.
• All data is stored on servers secured with SSL encryption.

An account may be closed by the user or by 547. A defined process is followed in both cases.

• Any user may request to close their account at any time.
• Any pending withdrawals at the time of account closure will be processed, subject to terms being met.
• If an account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.
• 547 reserves the right to close any account without notice if there is evidence of a terms violation.
• Requests to reactivate a closed account can be submitted through support.

• Continued use of the service after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
